I slept at 2.30am yesterday [or today morning] and now I'm a bit sleepy so some of the things I type may be rubbish. Anyway, last nite [this morning I mean] I was kinda scared I won't wake up, so I set my hp alarm clock+reminders so they make an alarm every 1 min... lol... got so irritated that I woke up at 6am... then went ta bathe then eat one piece of bread and went to school loh... then brought badminton racket for nth cuz Ling Chung brought ping pong bats, and a ball, and a wrist guard in case I need... well... i guess I dun really need... not much diff but thanks anyway.. im so honoured anyway.. lol Then Sean, LC and I played table tennis... the hall can be used liao... so played 2 on 1.... at first me+LC vs sean then later LC+sean vs me.. then we came out with some funny things like 'kim'... its the korean table tennis player who keep slicing the ball... so we will say 'let me try to kim'... hahah.... then if the player 'kimmed' then the opponent cant return the ball then we say he's KK.. meaning kena kimmed... hahah.... so lame.... Oh btw, we had a net... lol.... took from the cupboard at the back of the hall... and took some ping pong balls oso. Then at 8.30 am we assembled and then changed and went outside the music rm at 9 Prac started then Xu Hao came at around 9.15 then went through the 4 songs.... so stupid.... he said when we sing high we must not tense up the throat part and keep our balls... (keep our balls?!).. aiya... then after he left then its around 11am.. then had 1 hr sectionals.... did Gloria then Salve Regina a bit... cuz the Ad-te-sus-pi-ra-mus part some people can't reach... then had to do one on one.... then Reuben keep looking upwards when he sing the high note... no matter what Evan did also useless... then we wondered what's on top.... hahahha.... quite true, when he's singing for morning assembly, he also look up and sing... oh yeah toking abt that, I dunno who will sing for nx yr's morning assembly though :P. Anyway, we were a bit late cuz of the one on one thing... i was in the first row lah, then 1st row start first... then 2nd row havent finish then time's up liao... Kian Sin had to call us back... cuz evan dunno the time and the whole choir were waiting for us... then announcements then those ppl in the 2nd row had to stay back.... actually quite short lah.... LC was in the 2nd row then when I wear finish my shoes he was out of the music rm liao.. Then we went down to the hall and played table tennis again... LC, Sean, and I then Reuben joined then he's so pro, keep smacking [but most of the balls went out :P].. lol.. then LC and Reuben left at 1pm then left 2 lousier bats for sean and i to play cuz he need to rush home... then we played until like 2.40pm then wanted to go canteen to have lunch but ALL THE STALLS WERE CLOSED!! GRR... so had to go home loh... took the bus 31 then saw ashleen... i was sitting beside the emergency door so wanted to escape from there.. lol.. then went to buy rice for lunch and dinner then now im here typing this post... Ling Chung called me last night anyway, ask me whether I wanna play table tennis, then he say he will bring extra bat. So we played table tennis loh... then at first only LC, Evan and me, then Sean and Jun Yuan joined... LC brought 4 bats anyway, then Evan leg pain so cant play. But anyway, this is what happened... Went up to the hall with the badminton people and found out that the hall is used for the floorball thing, so we went down and ask johnnie whether can bring out the tables or not... then he say he's not reponsible, and can only bring 1 table out... Then we went to the hall... Evan told LC to ask the hei1 ren2 (black guy [the new young malay PE tcher])... But he asked Mansoor first... Mansoor is head prefect btw.... then must ask small [head prefect] first, not ask big [teacher]. So we brought out 2 half tables... So sucky, the tables all old ones, then cant support properly, then no net somemore, so Evan sit at the wall then supported the weaker table... hahaha.... then we play loh... LC brought 2 white balls and we found 1 orange ball... and the tables we are using are blue, so whenever someone has the orange ball then we ask him to serve first... haha Then play loh.. Evan soon didn't help us so we managed on our own... lucky supported a bit. Then we didn't know the time... 9.18 that time then went to put back the tables... then we went down at 9.29... lucky... haha... Yeah... that's abt PT Practice... Choir lah. PT... played badminton... until 8.30am then fall in... rest until 9am then practice. Then warmed up then forgot what liao. Then THeodore say we are to be split into 3 groups. Cuz we are usually seated (or stood) in 3 lines, Group A was 2nd row TB plus 3rd row SA (TB = Tenor and Bass, SA = Soprano and Alto), Group B was 3rd row TB and 1st row SA, and Group C was 1st row TB and 2nd row SA. As you can see, the 3rd row are mostly comm members, and I'm in the first row, and I'm in Tenor, our group can actually prepare to sweep floor. Then can choose one SYF piece song and one non-SYF piece. We sang 'Sunset' and 'Can't help falling in love' and sucked. It's like... Tenors got Dao En [errr... lol], Leon and me. Then Bass got Chan Wei and Wesley, but Wesley only know tenor part cuz he from tenor last time, then Leon keep getting off pitch... i dunno lah, maybe I off pitch then he correct pitch. So sweep floor loh. But at the end Tenor and Alto stay back then the other people ran away so postpone until nx thu. Anyway, Shi How came. I dunno how to spell his name. But that's roughly the idea. He was our conductor for the Jubulate workshop last time, not sure how he became the conductor anyway, taught us some techniques and corrected us for some parts of the songs loh... then Tenor and Alto stay back (I say above liao) cuz of the Pokpok song got this part... Alto keep singing then Tenor have to come in. Theodore help us cheat, he from behind jump up when it came to the part so we tenors can know while the comm members cant see... haha. Ai ya... anyway, I think Leon keeps thinking he's a comm member liao. Cuz of the help of Theodore. Theodore kinda like Leon I think... btw this is what Leon posted on the school choir forum: i will like to stressed, im not trying to go against the com. actually i quite like our com this time but it is still not close to perfect. the com are considered the pillars of our choir, if they fall the choir collapse. voicing out comments are not as easy as we think so, cause when in from of the com u are still lacking something, that is the seniority. we respect wat they sae, but lesser of the other way round. A bond between the com and the choir members are not as great as u think, it is just that sometimes they talk to each other because they one another or they are classmates, or close friends. i hope that bond will strenghen. the other problem our choir has is time management. although they sae they going to end at certain time, it is usually later. i suggest a timetable. it can solve punctuality and the absence problem. that will leave no reason for the one that forgot to come or late comer to have reasons. irregular practices will cause members to mourn and feel that the leaders are poor at controlling their time. people spometimes feel angry because of this too. im actually wanting to enter the com next year or next next year, hoping to lead the choir. i may sound ambitious but im certain about all i said above, thank u Ai ya... whatever lah.. His pitching went a bit flat.. then his second song was "an1 jing4"... some Jay Chou fan... or maybe he likes that song too much... his singing for the first part sucks... I mean, it was so flat. I SMS Denise then she told me that was how the song goes :S. Third song.. "I dream".. no idea how the song appeared. But anyway, it was Taufik's 2nd song. I think both of them are just as good.. Taufik's first song... "Superstition".. his use of falsetto wasn't good. 3rd song was "Me and Mrs Jones"... No comments.. his 3 songs not bad lah... pitching all correct whatsoever... as for Sylvester, his first song was good... although pitching a bit of a problem, then and 2nd song suck. 3rd song was okay. Actually his English is not VERY bad.. lol. And anyway, Taufik got more fans than Sylvester, and maybe because of Sylvester's pitching... he's out. I dun really want a Singapore Idol to go so flat in the middle of a song. Haha... Anyway, a few days ago, I had this problem - all the back ward slashes ( \ ) become the yen sign... the Japanese currency.. like when someone on MSN MSG message me, and put a backward slash it comes out as a yen, and in Command Prompt also. I realised that the "Language for non-Unicode programs" in the Language options is set to "Japanese"... so I change it to English (UK) then have to restart... then the backward slash was okay, just that the " become @ and all those stuff I experienced last time, so have to restart while changing the thing to English (US)... then everything was okay liao. It was my sister who changed to Jap anyway, cuz she wanted to type jap words last time... I fix it this afternn anyway, then my sister using just now then got this language bar which i cant remove... then realised that I can remove it by right-clicking the taskbar and all those. Haix... she's making things more difficult for me. Tomorrow still got choir... or maybe today, since now it's 12.30am. I dun wanna go leh... so sian.
