Anyway, I thought the Mrs Goh was ok.. but then when we got back our summary marks.. we realise that we all scored very low... Come on lor... out of 25 lowest can score 8 and highest only 19. I myself scored 12.5/25, but rounded off to 13 marks.. Her marking very strict lor.. I would prefer Ms [Pesvien] Neo or Mr EPL to mark the test... Well this morning we had to stay back to tell Mr Tan (who came back suddenly but not teaching liao) our summary marks for Smallville.. den got some mistake cuz Ms Neo said is actually one of the compos we did, not the summary. But nvm lah my summary got higher lol. Oh then we were like complaining to him to remark but he cant since he not teaching liao.. But he will help us tell the English teachers...

On Friday I had my oral test. Not really oral but presentation of speech... whatever that is. Mr EPL didn't seem very happy with my speech.. like expected.. I never do well in English. Oh yeah, I calculated my English marks for the past 3 terms liao... Still a low B4 and need to score 69.9 (A2) in order to get a B3.. B3 is required for 8 subj. But well anyway today Principal talked to us and tell us that maybe he will change to such that Add Maths is optional. But I still want Triple Sci, Double Maths and Geog Elect. This option will require me to score a B3 in maths (no prob), science (no prob), english (view above) and humans (talk abt it l8r). Anyway Principal said he will give us a survey form to see which subj we wanna take.

Okay... humans... but anyway first... cuz many people scored badly for Hist, Mrs Raj decided to be more lenient... I got a 14/18. 1 mark makes a big diff lor.. cuz the /18 is 70% of CA2. But whatever that is... I am still satisfy with my marks cuz I thought I will fail. Lit I scored a 13/20, I think. Essay I managed only a 5/10. Not very good lah... Since Lit is made up of skit, the test and hol assignment.. i just need to score a 8/10 to get A1. But that's for CA... havent count SA lah.

Quite worried that I wun even manage a B3 cuz Hist seems to be getting harder and harder and Mrs Raj make us copy lotsa stuffs which I dun understand at all. Boring lesson, boring teacher. Lit last yr got dunno C5 or C6... not sure maybe can jump grades or not.. lol.

Argh whatever. Anyway recent Maths test got 10/10. Many people got full marks cuz it's quite simple. Den last Fri took another quadratic graphs+trigonometry (combined) test... quite difficult.... Dunno how much I can manage lah. Anyway the tentative marks for Maths CA for me is 98.#. Can't rmb point what but just won everyone... Den I know it's always SA that will pull my marks down... for sure many people can win me in SA.

Science first test got 17/20, 2nd test 9/11. It's 85% and 82% lah. Den Ms Yeo say we'll have a retest and she will take the first test + the best out of the 2nd and 3rd test. Same if she take best 2 though... lol.. Well anyway quite a number of ppl scored full marks for the retest cuz it's too simple... eg: me. 16/16 100%. Teck Boon and I drew and topped the class.. he must have copied my answers cuz he scored 17/20, 9/11 and 16/16 too. -.-!

Okay I am getting happy for nothing. Wait til my SA2 results come (and combine with my first semester results! Esp Eng...) Recent Chi test got 15 marks... full marks? 75%? No. 15 out of 25. Failed the li jie ce yan... the MCQ one... can't believe it lor got 6/14 for it... pull my marks down like siao..

Okay... anyway Saturday PT was ok.. one of the most enjoyable games... Drew 1-1 lah.. and got myself wet and hot. No just joking. Wet and muddy. Den even b4 choir prac starts Joshua had to go for EMD rehearsal, leaving me with the voice class.. Well during voice class it's like 4 people lah. Reuben and LC walk around to observe the sectionals... Didn't know what to do in that hr so just anyhow.. at the end both of them helped me a bit... which I appreciate.. cuz i was like lost, and need another guy to help.

Got pumped 3 times... once for making noise after PT, once is for HK trip thing (when Ms Lau was in the rm then the sops talk a lot) and once for.... fun? Can't rmb. Why shld the whole choir get pumped? What if I say my section is very quiet and it's the sops making noise? Sop SL? Making noise too? My fault? Whole choir pumps? Okay sorry that's for the HK trip in case ur wondering, whoever is reading this. Anyway Desmond not strict enuf lah... walk away for a while den everyone starts talking... why not pick out those who talk and punish them instead. If whole choir pumps, those who dint talk will feel like its not their fault and those who talk will take it easily since the whole choir pumps. Whatever.

Sunday I went to watch Victoria Chorale. Was mostly laughing at the way they sing, the way they conduct. Some number guy who would show the number 3 with his fingers, the no. 5 and also 7. Haha.. and Chuan En was like very fun to laugh at. We were sitting at the balcony area den the chairs all can shift one so we tilted them.. haha.. Anyway VC is not as gd as VJ maybe cuz they too lil ppl. Can hear some split notes, wavering, etc.. Tenor got this soloist who's pitch waver like crazy but I think why he's soloist is bcuz he can reach high Bb using real voice. Hah amazing.

Who is going back TPS on teachers' day? Ok I ask again. Who is NOT going? Haha.. Wednesday teachers' day celebration still needa do the chem red cabbage proj after that whole thing... red cabbage to test for pH. Whatever that is. Doing with Sean cuz I dun really have the stuffs =). Evil.

Now dunno why people are asking me trivial questions. Or trivial question. - What happens if VS becomes Co-ed? Does it mean the sops/altos have to drop to tenor/bass? Case-by-case analysis.
Case 1: Principal doesn't make VS co-ed. So many students are complaining and alumni are coming back to propose. Can he handle the heat?
Case 2: Principal makes VS co-ed. One reason or another... then we have another 2 cases.
Case 2a: Mr Kwei doesn't allow girls to join the choir. Then dun need to drop Tenor/Bass lor. Most likely he will want VS choir to remain an all-boys choir.
Case 2b: Girls are allowed to join the choir. Again, one reason or another. Den my answer to this is that.. See the strength of each section. Those who's voice haven't break will remain in sop/alto. Those who cannot reach tenor/bass notes will remain in sop/alto. Those who have a good tone for sop/alto will remain. Does this answer your question? [referring to some of the sec 1s =)]

I have been slacking this week even though it's like exam week.. or something like CA week.. Cuz like Mon was Lit, Tue was Hist, Wed was Eng and Thu was class tests, but for sci maths and chi. Dun think I can score well for Lit and Hist, cuz Lit the essay question I wrote very short.. maybe can score only 3/10? Argh. Hist they only test 1 chapter lor... And it's like I dunno need to write the Treaty signed by Raffles and Tengku Hussein about the recognition of Sultan. Maybe will fail for history, seriously.

Mrs Goh, this new teacher who looks like those aunty you'll meet along the streets, is our new Eng teacher, taking over Ms Seema who took over Mr Ihkwan who's overseas. This teacher never teach one lor.. Tuesday she just ask us to fill this evaluation form for English oral, den forgot what she taught... Didn't even teach I think.. Den Wed was summary test but after that she never do anything also... Friday the best, cuz suppose to be 1 period of reading period den 2 periods of Creative Communication Programme... den she kinda give us 3 free periods.. she just sat there marking something. I am not sure whether it is that she dunno there's CCP or the CCP cancelled for some reason.

Well anyway, the summary test was okay lah except that I didn't read the qn carefully *tsk tsk to myself* and wrote a few sentences which wont score any marks. However I realise that I have too little to write. Wrote 130+ words and tried to increase the number of words while the others were like cancelling many words...

The prev science test initially got 18/20, den F Yeo mark wrongly for 1 qn den got 17/20... Then the test I just took I got at least 2 wrong liao so the max I can score is 10/12. Then got test nx Tue again... den F Yeo will choose best 2/3 tests to count in CA. She gave us a choice lor.. and like more than half the class prefer that choice (duh!). Maths test I very deprived lor... D&T that time I think I lost a ruler then got no ruler to draw graph... so I use the straight line at the side my my calculator.. haha..

Nth much alrdy. Now about the ISG ytd. Err.. on Friday evening Pock Thong was like calling me and telling me that it might rain on Saturday according to weather forecast... Den he said he hasn't gave the video to Ms Lau and she hasn't watched it yet... and also he hasn't booked the IT lab. Den cannot contact Jonathan also.... didn't know what to do so we kinda prayed and hope that it won't rain on Sat. Haha... den it's only at 10pm that I could get thru Jonathan, and he said that he was chatting on the phone (for so long?!).

Well anyway got to sch at 6.45am and got all the boards and everything from Jonathan, then told him about the team names and stuffs like that for bball... Den went to ECP after Pock Thong drew the stuffs on the board... Den briefing den blah blah.. den started.. the first match Tenors against Altos den scored 1-0.. den against "basses" and won 4-0.. reason why I put quotes is bcuz only 3 basses were there den those who are sub from other sections joined them. Den against the sops that time it rained.. Den played on den drew 2-2... den finals was Tenors against Altos den lost 2-0 cuz we were too tired.. Quit halfway also... Actually I also dun wanna win cuz like that then the prize give to me a bit what lor..

Well anyway went back to school and then gave out the prizes.. Spent $10 in total plus the boards and markers... around $24. For bball sops won.. Anyway went to music rm den talk about the end-of-yr camp.. Den nth much.... finished at 1.45pm den went home...

There's nothing to blog.. except that Tuesday was National Day and my back is red bcuz of the sun. They make us sit under the sun from 2pm to 9pm.. and dun let us open umbrellas.. Nvm lah get the CIP hrs =).

And I fell sick on Thursday/Wednesday... and Friday morning (this mornz) I woke up with a headache. Didn't wanna go to school anyway so my mum say dun go, den went back to slp. Gonna skip tmr's CIP too (have enuf CIP hrs liao) to yang3 bing4. Yeah.

Next week CA liao... I think Lit, Eng and Hist... my worst 3 subj. The other subj all dun have CAs.. eg: D&T, Maths, Science, Chinese. All based on class tests except for D&T which is based on WB exercises. Well, wish me luck.

English - 2 lessons in this week... Ms Seema is really very pro. Summary WS she only went thru with us 2 pages + 1 question. In 2 hrs and 20 min she went thru only that... so pro.

Maths... cant catch up some of the maths... learning trigonometry now... some TOA CAH SOH. I so lame go and circle the 'sine' in NIL SINE LABORE and put opposite/hypoteneus. The Maths test I dunno whether can score high or not... Some of the questions I dunno how to do... cuz it's on the linear graphs..

Science... I cannot understand anything on Acids and Bases.... Argh.

D&T. I think I can get A1 for CA2 liao. Cuz I got something like 118/127 for WB.. most of them drawing what... the theory part I lost like 5 marks out of 20. Lol.. Kinda started with the practical.. Peng Ho screwed up cutting the plastic... =\.

Literature.. Did our skit and scored highest in our class - 9/10... Junzhe's grp scored 8 den the others all below 8 liao..

Today went to run for cross-country.. got a lift from Timothy's father's car.. den was late... the first one to be late. Nvm lah the cleaning duty not too bad.. lol.. Anyway I had to run 4.8.. I was like walking lah.. then at the end I pia den overtook Junzhe.. haha..
