Anyway, yesterday was VS Open House. A really slack day. I just became an "AV" boy because I was wearing Black Rhapsody shirt and Black pants. Haha. Yesterday we just practised, then sing some songs. We actually went down to sing 2 songs and nobody actually listened. So we went back and sang for a few people who came up to watch.

So basically that's about it. Nothing to blog anyway. So.. now it's video time!

Yesterday, I thought that my English will get a B4, which means I cannot take the 8-subject combination that I wanted. But today, Mr Low said that they will take overall score instead. My overall score for English is still B4, which means I cannot take 8 subjects!

However, I think there's something wrong with the system or whatever it is. They allowed me to choose all the combinations. Shall wait and see first, maybe going to try tomorrow or Sunday.

Anyway, this morning, I was almost late. I woke up half an hour late but reached school on time. Yeah and today is the last day for wearing the short pants! (except for choir practices though, but I would be wearing PE attire instead) Can laugh at the sec 1s =). And also today is the last day that Chan Wei, Joshua and I have to sing on stage.

Well, so anyway, slacked in class in the morning. Had to collect the money for the Victoriana.. spent the whole time before recess doing that.. I didn't even play a game of daidee or chess today. Hopefully today is the last day of being the treasurer - it sucks to 'chase' people for money.

Got back some papers. To be exact, got back Eng, Maths, Sci, Chi, Lit, Hist and D&T today. All the subjects actually. =\. My official score for Science SA2 exam paper is 93/99, because the Biology teacher decided to change the full marks for the Biology section from 20 to 19, because many people could not get 2 functions of the aorta. I got that question wrong too, and also the functions of the blood capillaries.. that's how I got 16/19. Didn't use the key words, that's why. Then for Physics, I scored 19/20 because I wrote (carelessly) "The angle of incidence is the same as the angle of refraction". Aww man. Then for Chemistry, I scored full marks. For SPA, I scored 9/10 because of this precaution I wrote for the experiment - "One should be careful when handling the hot Milo as it can scald". Lol. Then for MCQ I got 39/40.. Haven't find out which question I had got wrong though.

Then for Literature, I scored 12/20 for both Shakespeare and Prose, and 13/20 for Unseen, which means 37/60. Found out that my essay for the Prose fell off, and I couldn't find it, well, neither could Junzhe. Scored 5/10 for both Shakespeare and Prose essay though :P.

For Chinese composition, I scored 14 - 1 out of 20, and 48 - 4 out of 70. All the minus are for wrong words. =\. I cannot believe that Junjie scored 69 - 5 out of 70 for his composition because he wrote that Mr Chew was a special teacher, and he gave him 69/70 without wrong words!! As for Paper 2, I got 54.5/80. The 0.5 is for wrong word used in the comprehension =P. Should say I am not very satisfied with my Chinese marks..

For English Composition, I got a 22/30 for both the essay and the speech. Not too bad though. I wrote an argumentative essay and got 22, while others wrote narrative and got maybe 20. =\.

For D&T, I am actually quite happy with my marks. I improved as compared to last year.. Haha. For once, I didn't fail the first page.. in fact, I scored 18/20. Then -1 for some buffing machine and -2 for some of the uses for some tools. And -3 for orthographic drawing! Just because I mislabelled the overall dimensions.. So -2 on that and also 1 more for line work? Not very sure about that.

Okay, I shan't talk about the others. Got back my report book today. Junzhe is, again, first in class. Rajesh 2nd and Junjie 3rd. Same as SA1.. Their level positions respectively are 5th, 6th and 7th. Haha.. I am the one to break the link. 4th in class and well... not 8th, not 9th, not 10th but 14th. Won Junyuan by 1 rank.. He's 15th. Lol. Then in the special stream, Kenny is first in class again and Teck Boon 2nd again. Kenny lost to Chan Wei.. Chan Wei is first in standard while Kenny is 2nd. Teck Boon? 5th.

Okay. That's all about academic. There will be choir tomorrow.. I think it's at 7.30am.. Have to perform for the open house which is tomorrow. I actually haven't memorise some of the songs yet.

Before recess was really very slack. Dun need to elaborate much on that though.

Then after recess, Mr Alvin Lim came to our class for Sexuality Education. No one asked you to highlight so you must bear all the consequences if your mind is being polluted by me. Learnt about masturbation and pornography. Very funny lor (duh!).. Chemistry lesson on Masturbat-ions, and trying to get Mr Lim to demostrate. Then pornography thing was really boring. Talk about dunno what Escalation? I didn't really bother to listen.. was almost going to fall asleep.

Then Mrs Dinah Chin came into our class. Talked about some stuffs on teenage pregnancy or something. Actually whatever she is talking about! We should have asked her for her experiences on sex.

Den the rest of the day was slack day. Then in the afternoon, I went for LTC interview. Only Alvin Hoe and I were there (from 2B).. dunno what happened to the rest. Then Alvin was so scared and nervous. Then I went for my interview shortly after Alvin.. and found myself to be in quite a difficult situation trying to reject the opportunity to go for the Leadership Training and Peer Leaders Camps. They told me that they will look for me in the music room on Wed (yesterday) but in the end, they didn't.

Anyway, Wednesday was a killer. Police Talk by Mr Chia. Well, not really by him.. it was by this Seargant Nasir (lol..). That guy just looked like the actor acting as the policeman in "Police and Thief". Haha.

Okay, some presentation on stealing.. den was OPWS Showcase, which was not really very good.. =\. Had to stay in the hall all the way until 11.30 am cuz Mr Wang Jun also wanted to talk to us (we couldn't hear him clearly cuz of his accent.. and cuz of the echoes when using the microphone) about the Beijing trip. Was very hungry so when we were dismissed, I quickly ran down to eat.

Went to the Auditorium at around 11.50 am.. Checking of History scripts. They gave us a copy while they explain. Actually, I read much much faster than they explained.. well of course, and the notes given were quite self-explanatory. But we dun have our History scripts so we couldn't check whether it was correct or wrong.

Went for choir practice.. have to sing for VS open house this Saturday.. and around 4 from each section. We're just gonna walk around and sing, not stand about and sing. Then practiced Amazing Grace, Can't help falling in Love, Ride the Chariot from the Spiritual Medley, Lion Sleeps and Cantate Domino. Nothing much lah actually.

Then today.. Inter-class Aussie Rules Football at East Coast Park.. well, played checkers there actually... Played 4 times with Teck Boon and drew all 4. Haha.. Then was fooling around beside the games there, before we sneak back to school and into our classrm (asked the aunty to open the classroom - she actually cleaned the classrm and arranged the tables and chairs) to play daidee. Haha.

Oh yeah, at the ECP, Teck Boon was like carrying Rajesh while walking barefooted on the rocky paths. Haha. And we were like doing pull-ups with bags on us..!

Den went for choir practice. Oh yeah.. Pock Thong is a PL (omg!), Chan Wei JL, Neng Wei I dunno actually. Then Alvin PL. I got rejected. Anyway, choir pract with Mr Kwei.. learnt 2 Spanish songs I think.. or maybe 1½ songs. Then after that VS open house pract. Well.. again.. nothing much to blog about.

This morning, Mr Chia brightened up the day. He was explaining how parents should drop their sons (i.e: Victorians) outside of school. "Parents shoud not drop you in front of the GEEBRA crossing!" Okay maybe you won't get the joke here but it was really funny this morning.

Then during our free period he came to our class (well, our class changed from a gambling den to a decent classroom within half a minute!). Then he said that he wanted all of us to use the GEEBRA crossing when crossing the road.. He caught 2 boys last time.. said that he could see the GEEBRA crossing using his binoculars from his office!

Anyway, this morning, the first thing Teck Boon did when he saw me was to point the middle finger. He scored 92% for SA2 raw marks for Science, whereas I scored 92.1%. Haha. Doesn't sound impressing though.

Then first paper in the morning was Maths. Ms Lim took around 2 hours to go through the whole paper. Made 3 careless mistakes and scored 95. Part one.. 47. A bit disappointed with part 2 actually, and a bit wasted, since I have got everything correct until the very last part of the last question, where I didn't score for a part because I had put a formula wrongly.

Then after that was English. But heard from Junzhe that Mr Ee would be coming after school instead. And also heard that Mrs Raj would be coming in during recess to go through our papers. He didn't go and look for Mrs Raj this morning, whereas the other classes did.

So had to starve for recess.. she came in at around 10.20am ("recess" started at 10am). Scored exactly 70 for History, exactly what I was thinking of initially. Then after History was Chinese. At first Ms Ding told us our marks and we were like so happy because we scored over 80. But that was for CA2 component 2. Then came our SA2 paper. Scored 54.5/80 for paper 2.. Expected these kinda marks though, since I knew I won't score well. Then scored 57/90 for composition I think.. Can't really remember. So plus oral, I scored 67.25 or 67.3 for Chinese SA2. B3.

Then went to class and slack. So had to stay back after school to check the English paper. Scored 44/60, and realised I am one of the highest in the class, because I saw many 40 and 42 when I collected the paper back for Mr Ee. But paper 2 was a failure. Really failed.. 20/50. Then I argued 1 more mark become 21/50. So I scored 46/80 for both composition and comprehension, and the other 20 marks will depend on my oral.. hopefully it can pull my marks up but I doubt my English will get a B3 this yr. So no more 8 subjects..

Had to "jump queue" to request for the 1 mark for English because I had to go to the parade sqr for LTC meeting. I think I dun wish to participate in anything already, so maybe reject them tomorrow during the interview.

Haiya, I know I cannot take 8 subjects already. But 1 thing quite surprising.. Junzhe didn't do so well for his SA2 this time.. I think considering only SA2 raw marks, I can win him. But if include CA1, SA1, etc, I cannot win him for sure.

Thursday.. Many people were absent so Ms Marliza said everyone in class must play.. cuz got around 20+ people came only den the games need 30 people including substitutes.. Then some more some people didn't bring their PE attire. Mr Siow helped the frisbee team cuz they only got 7 including substitutes (need 10 on field). Lol.

Played handball.. First against 2F den won them 2/3 : 0/1. Dunno the score lah, there isn't any referee or something den got lotsa arguments.. den play against 2G den lost badly.. kena thrashed lol. Then played against 2E.. actually the score supposed to be 2-2 draw, but then they argue until it became 3-2 to them. We asked them which goals they scored then they said how the 3rd goal and 2nd goal is scored, then 1st goal cannot fake liao. In the end they wrote in the score sheet 3-2. Nvm lah, like what Teck Boon said.. as long as we know that we win can already. Cuz we lost 2 matches and won 1, den need to win at least 3 matches to qualify so cannot qualify liao. Then just gave our best against 2A.. Thrashed them 16-0.. didn't give them any chance as the keeper..

Den went to class and slacked.. played chess and daidee. Suddenly have running nose. Den at 12.30 pm Mr Amir told us that we can go already.. So I ate a bit in school den went home.

Den Friday.. didn't feel like going to school, so slept all the way til late morning.. Then I was anticipating for my results... Den the first person to tell me was Kevin.. He said my Science got 93 (woots) and D&T got 92 =). Then Lit I heard from some other people, was 37/60, which is 65/100 including CA score. Just nice B3. Science I heard that Physics got 20/20, Bio and chem got 18/20 and 17/20, whichever order it is, and MCQ+SPA got 38/40. And heard that Teck Boon scored 92 for his Science, means that I win him in SA2 raw marks by 0.1. Haha.

Okay.. today, actually wanna go for pract (skipping PT), but then the 7.30am alarm didn't wake me up.. kept pressing "snooze" until 8am den felt that I cannot wake up liao. So went back to sleep. Lol. Typical me. Have to sing for VS open house.. some songs like Cantate Domino, Amazing Grace, Lion Sleeps Tonight, Spiritual Medley and Can't Help Falling in Love.

Well Tuesday's D&T was much easier than Chinese.. I can probably score 90+ for this 1-hr paper.

Hmmm... I think I can score 90+ for 3 subjects (hopefully): Maths, Science, D&T. Then maybe 70 for History and hopefully >65 for the languages.

Today was pure slack. Went to the auditorium to watch the Aussie Rules Football (some rugby which is so sissified.. okay maybe is because the video that was shown was about the girls playing). Then watched "Super Size Me".. Talk about this guy who proved that eating fast food (McDonalds™) was unhealthy, den he ate only McDonalds for 30 days and gained 20+ lbs. Lol.. quite a funny show.

Then after recess we went to the lab to do some survey.. I actually saw a "fake" lab 1 and I waited outside for over 10 min, seeing no one, I went back to class, and saw no one again, so went to find.. den found another lab 1 -.-!.

Den went back to class to slack.

SA2: History paper was kind of mad... almost couldn't finish.. I think (& hope) that I can get at least A2.

Chinese composition was not too bad.

Literature was too difficult... Lost at least 10 marks (out of 60 already)

English? Doubt I can even get B3.

Maths was ok.. except that I made a few careless mistakes already.

Science. Rushing. 24 pages (excluding cover pages) from 4 booklets.. Lol.. Was like rushing and I was skipping those questions which I have no confidence in doing.. Almost half the paper was blank.. Then went back to do some questions... then checked... I think I can get >80 marks.
