Now at cousin's house.

Couldn't find my wallet when I was searching yesterday. Inside my wallet there's my HK IC, a card that is used to enter mainland, HK$500 (not mine.. my dad gave me just in case...) and some other stuffs. In the end my dad dropped some newspaper behind the sofa-bed den my sister picked it up den found my wallet.. it was stuck dere -.-!

Tomorrow going back Singapore liao. Like so fast like that. Hwk also haven't finish =X.

Happy new year in advance.

Happy birthday Jerome.

Just returned from Zeng Cheng.

27th Dec: Went to Zeng Cheng by KCR East Rail to Lo Wu then crossed the HK-Shenzhen border, den sat on this 11-seater car (van) for 2+ hrs to Zeng Cheng =\. Went to my dad's hotel, called Crystal Palace. Learnt that he's the President of that bcuz his friends and him first built the hotel 10+ yrs ago den since he was more familiar with hotel stuffs he was elected the President. He's also the shareholder (around 5% to 10%). Lol.

Then after dinner we checked in to our hotel. Then after that went to the "Top One Show Bar". Something like a show bar with rooms for karaoke.

Then nothing lah. Sister got drunk. Haha.

28th Dec: City Tour. At night no customers because my father thought some guy's gonna check the show bar. And it's illegal to open the bar bcuz he's unauthorised. Haha. In the end didn't check.

29th Dec: Nothing much. Returned by a bus in Zeng Cheng to Lo Wu.. 2 hrs and 50 minutes X_X. Then took the KCR train home.

Gotta go liao. Bye.

On 25th Dec... ate lunch with my relatives and family.. den from 2.30pm to 6pm the adults play mahjong while the kids (us) went shopping and stuffs.. actually we just wondered around because we dunno wad to do. Wanted to watch a movie but very very long queue. Then went to rent 2 VCDs... one is "Mean Girls" and the other is some ghost movie which has no ending...

Then 26th Dec... nothing much. I think my posts are getting more and more boring.

27th Dec (today)... later going to somewhere beside Guangzhou.. not Guangzhou.. lol. Not going to be back until the 29th.

4 more minutes before my sister uses the computer. Lol.

Now no one to chat with. Where did everyone go to? Countdown? Lol.

Btw, on the 2nd day of the Shanghai trip we sang karaoke. Lol. My Aunts and Uncle prefer the olden Chinese songs (yue qu).. while my cousin, my sis and I prefer pop songs. Lol.

And finally I get to smell fresh air. Haha. Cuz my Uncle, 2nd Aunt's husband and my cousin smokes... so every meal I get choked with smoke.

Reminds me of an advertisement in HK. One guy eating a char siew bao in a restaurant and then rush to places for air. Then show this guy covering another guy's cigarette. Then they say get choked by char siew bao is almost zero... get killed by 2nd hand smoke is more often. In fact there are #### deaths every year because of 2nd hand smoking.

12.30am liao. Gtg now. Merry Christmas again.

Then 2nd day we woke up quite early because someone was drilling something upstairs den very noisy. Some hotel sia... drill at 7am.. Then breakfast ate at the place in the hotel... then went with my elder uncle's son to view some places.. then at night ate with... (*deep breath*) Grandma, Elder Aunt, Elder Aunt's daughter, Elder Uncle, Elder Uncle's son, Elder Uncle's wife, 2nd Aunt, 2nd Aunt's son, 2nd Aunt's hushand, Mum, Dad and Sis. Lol.

Forgot to blog about some stuffs.

On the last day of he Korea trip, we went to this convienence store. They had this seaweed thing for trying out. Then our photographer Billy ate many seaweeds lol. Everytime there's a chance he'll try and eat. Lol.

And one thing very cool. Next time when we want to enter Shenzhen from Hong Kong, we dun have to go through anybody checking your whatever card. There's this machine whereby you need to enter 2 gates quite close to each other. First gate to check your card by a machine and next to check your fingerprints and face... all using machine only. Cool rite?

Really gotta slp liao. Sister rushing to use the computer. Nite.

Back from South Korea!

On the first day (13th Dec), we took a midnight flight. Korean Air. Their flight has 4 languages: English, Korean, Mandarin and Japanese. Haha. Then at around 6am+ we went to this hot spring. I didn't go lah, I slept on some couch. When we got there it was very cold.. like HK is around 15 C and Korea is around -15 C. Lol. Then at around 7.30am I forgot where we went already. Our tour guides (or whatever it's called) are Ricky (HK), Charlie (Korean) and Billy (Korean). Ricky was in charged of leading us from the airport and stuffs, Charlie introducing us the stuffs in Korea and Billy taking photographs.

Then forgot what we did already. Haha. Stayed in 3 different hotels in the 4 nights. The last 2 nights we stayed in Seoul, the 1st night we stayed in Pyongyong (spelling?) skiing resort or something like that. On the 2nd day we went skiing. I still can't brake properly... so the best way for me is to really fall down to brake. Lol. Very fun. And it's not very pain since I was wearing layers of clothes.

One thing very interesting in Korea: they are very environmental friendly. Guess the material of their toothpick... Hint: not wood. Answer: (highlight) the powder of sweet potato. It's quite soft (not THAT soft though) and very beautiful: greenish-white and slightly transparent. So if you're hungry after eating a meal u can eat the toothpick. Lol.

Hmmm... Then went to Jewel in the Palace (da4 chang2 jin1) village. The place where the movie was filmed. The place is actually quite small as compared to the movie's setting. Camera's effects.

Oh yeah, in the evening of the 2nd day (I think) we went to this swimming pool + hot spring. The spring is like outdoors, so once you go outside, you must quickly jump into a spring bcuz the temperature is negative something deg and you're only wearing swimming suit. Very nice... esp when the water is like 39 to 42 degrees.

3rd day was very what... 6 hrs of bus trip. Cuz we move from near the boundary between S and N Korea, to Seoul.

Hmmm I dunno what to type already.. Too many things to say. Took some photos there (duh!). Will update again later.

This morning had to wake up at 6.30am to queue up to renew some stuffs so that my sis and I can go Shanghai. We thought the queue's gonna be long but then it was very short. We were the first to arrive though. Then after that at 9am can go in already. Still not many people anyway =\. Shouldn't have waken up so early. Lol.

Going to airport later.. at 9pm. Then won't be back til the 17th.

Woke up at 10.30am today. Then went over to my grandma's house (just next door) to have "lunch". After that my whole family went shopping. Shopped for winter clothes and all those. Then have tea-break at around 4 o'clock then went home. Just slacked a bit then went to some Thai restaurant to have dinner. After that at around 8 we went to Temple Street to buy some sunglasses and also some clothes before going back home.

Tomorrow gotta wake up at 6.30am to renew some stuff so that I can go back to Shanghai. Must queue up very early because later long queue. Lol. Then at evening gotta get ready for the Korea trip. Maybe going to reach Airport at around 9pm? Then going to ski, shop and sleep at Korea. Lol. 3S.

Reached HK at 8+ pm.

Blogging on Dad's computer. Very slow connection haha. Temperature here is rather warm... 22 degrees Celsius (spelling?). Tomorrow's gonna shop for some clothes for the trip to Korea. Then the Korea flight will be like on the 13th of Dec, slightly after midnight. So on the 12th I must sleep earlier.. then sleep on the plane. Haha.

Just now tried to install iTunes to charge my sis and my iPods. There's a side USB port but cannot be used, so have to shift the CPU and use the rear one. But when I shift out the CPU, the computer restarts. When I shift back the computer restarts again -.-!

Now trying to download MSN Messenger. Using Windows Messenger now anyway. Transfer rate is at around 4 kbps. Haha. Later going to let my sister use the computer and continue the download.

Gotta go soon. Mum's gonna bathe finish soon (and rushing me to bathe) and sister need to use the computer. So today's entry shall end here.

Hmmm.

Yesterday I went with my mum to parkway. After eating lunch/brunch, we went to the Hello! shop to sign up for a new plan. So my current plan (Classic) will end on the 17th December and the new plan (PodLite) will begin on the 1st January.

Then wanted to buy a handphone there too. But they dun have 6230i or 5140. So went to M1 and Starhub to try our luck (try my luck actually). All dun have. Den was wondering around in Parkway when we actually passed by a Nokia shop. Haha. So sad they have no stock too. They said that 6230i didn't arrive for more than 2 months already (and they had this 6230i fake phone on display). Then wanted to buy a 1600 but then the guy said 2600 is better, so gave in to him. Then also tried to sell my 2100 phone but that guy said cannot sell but can trade in (what's the difference?). So "sold" for $35. Actually it's quite worth it, because last time I bought it for $38, then after using for almost 2 years the keypad number '4' cannot be pressed so easily and the buzzer sometimes won't work. Haha I cheated him. Then he say need my charger too but didn't bring.. then he said he would take the charger from the 2600 phone but in the end he never take, dunno why.

Whee! So got a new 2600 handphone. I am still kinda getting used to the keys because it's quite different from the 2100 handphone. The phone quite laggy too -.-

I forgot what I wanted to blog liao. =\. Still haven't complete my homework yet. Very slow sia. Hopefully can complete all the Chinese and part of English before I leave on the 10th.

Btw, go to http://www.putfile.com. Then you will be automatically redirected to http://www.putfile.com/putfile-goodbye-to-singapore.php. Dun bother clicking there, I'll just paste the chunk here.

"Putfile Says Goodbye To Singapore

At dawn on December 2nd 2005, Singapore hanged a citizen of Australia, despite a plea for clemency from the United Nations. Whilst Putfile is not a human rights campaigning organization, we believe that if a country must have the death penalty, there is no need for it be barbaric. It is enough of a punishment, and a deterrent, to take someone's life in a painless manner, without having to be barbaric about it. Putfile prefers to not continue to provide our free uploading service to a country that executes prisoners by hanging, a method of execution which can take up to six minutes to painfully execute the victim.

For this reason, we are at this time terminating all service to users from Singapore. We shall be happy to restore service following any positive move from the government of Singapore towards abolition of hanging as an execution method.

Goodbye Singapore,

Putfile."

Charming.

Gd morning. I shall refer today as really today (4th Dec) instead of 3rd Dec since it's after midnight so as to avoid confusion (again).

So about the choir excuse letter, my mother was rushing off when I came home, so I quickly asked her to sign on a blank paper then I try to get the printing correct. Had to space out from the top and print in rough paper 3 times before I got the spacing correct haha. Lame.

Then was looking at the photos that were captured in Fadhil's camera. He lent me his Memory Stick so I just slot into my computer. There were some photos and 2 videos on the HK trip too. Hah. If you want you may ask from me with the exception of Robin.

Then went for the VJchoir concert at night. Was mostly concentrating on how the choir was singing.. Tenors were very soft lah actually, so were the Altos.. Wonder how the Tenors actually sing - the "ringing" "bell" (unusual usage of quotes) was actually at the back of the head not the top.. Sounded very constricting. Dunno whether correct or wad.. must confirm with previous SLs. Evan! Cheam!

The Tenor solo for "Do you hear what I hear" was crazy. First he hit a high G (without any signs of straining) and I was like !!! Then he hit an A. Then after that he hit a B (cuz keep raising key).. but I dunno if the "B" note was sung with falsetto or not because the basses backed up by singing the "B" one octave lower. Haha. I am very scared of that now.. I can't even hit an F properly =\.

Then the concert was quite funny as I keep making jokes out of it and telling Jun Yuan. Haha. Sit down, you're rocking the boat. Den after attendance I went home!

This is the first concert I really sorta take note of the choir and stuffs. The last concert I went (symphony of voices 2005) I only take note as to what note the tenors reach and how low the basses go. Haha.

Dunno what to type already. Next saturday there has been a change because LC isn't going for pract and so is Desmond, and so is me. Haha. So next Saturday there won't be pract at all. Next pract will be next next Saturday. Doesn't matter cuz I still won't be attending pract.

Gtg liao. Nite.

Shall just quickly blog.

This morning the floor was quite wet so went to play badminton for PT instead. I was late for approx. 3 minutes. Haha. Wth. Then played until 8.30am then asked Desmond what we're gonna do since LC and Reuben were not there. Then he said voice class.

Then after that during pract we had voice class. SA together then Tenor and Basses alone until the last 15 minutes when we combined blending. Then after that combines. Yeah right. No combines lah.. announcements then dismissed.

Then comm meeting was okok lah. Talk about the choir flag and choir formal uniform but slightly informal. Never mind. I am not involved in it so I dun really know. Then each comm member there had to call 2 people to tell them abt the VJ concert which is like soon.

Oh, today's my last pract for the year. Next week I won't be coming for pract cuz I will be going overseas already. Then had to submit a letter (shall talk abt it in the next post).

Gotta go for the concert liao. Bye. I can reach 300 posts within the end of this month/year. Haha.

So long never blog already. Planning to reach 300 posts by the end of this yr. This is post #282.

Anyway, these few days I have been doing almost nothing. Badminton with Gabriel, Robin and co on Tuesday and Friday (today). Gabby's crazy, book for 4 hrs on both days.. like 8 hrs combined.

Never mind the badminton thing Robin can blog about it. I just blog this briefly.

Had been doing some blogs too. VSchoir and this blog is xhtml transitional (haha so kiasu sia).. then had been helping Junjie with his blog too (link not put up bcuz of vulgarities), and gonna find/make a template for Desmond too. He gave me 2 pictures to work with - I think I've got a rough idea as to what it would be about.

Then dunno lah. Feeling sleepy now so shall go sleep liao. Gonna blog again tomorrow about the choir (and at night another post abt VJchoir?) Haha. Cheat sia. At this rate I AM going to reach 300.

Oh abt the VJ thing, VJchoir is going to perform Christmas carols (I think) at their school (I think). Not very sure. Will and might know tomorrow.

And just received an SMS from Desmond saying that I must do combines tomorrow because LC is on a holiday. I dunno what I must do. Ahhh.

Okay, nothing much to blog abt liao..
